1. Wipe the strawberries with a damp cloth and pat dry. Do not wash them.
2. Melt the chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave oven.
3. Hold the strawberry by its green cap and dip into the melted chocolate.
4. Gently shake off the excess chocolate and place the strawberry on a traylined with parchment paper.
5. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate
6. Drizzle with the contrasting chocolate using a small piping bag. This will give the strawberry a very elegant, professional look.
