Blinis with salmon on chocolate-ginger sauce

Surprise your guests with this nice combination of savory and sweet

  • Blinis or toasted bread
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • Dill for decoration
  • 125 ml liquid cream
  • 100 g 70% Lindt Excellence Chocolate
  • 2 pinches of ground ginger

Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan and pour over pieces of chocolate

Wait 1 min, then mix with a whisk

Once the sauce is homogenous, add ginger and mix

Spread sauce on blinis or toasts
