How it all started...
On the 14th of July 2014, the LINDT Swiss Chocolate Heaven opened ist doors. It’s the highest LINDT Chocolate Shop in the world, located at 3454 meters above sea level on the Jungfraujoch.
The highlight of the official opening was the tennis exhibition match between LINDT brand ambassador and tennis champion Roger Federer and American ski racer Lindsey Vonn - played on a court on the Aletsch Glacier, in the middle of snow and ice.
Roger Federer said: “I never cease to be amazed by the great ideas LINDT comes up with. Today on the Jungfraujoch was a real highlight for me.”
The LINDT Swiss Chocolate Heaven offers a wide range of the finest LINDT chocolate delights as well as entertainment for the visitors. It is a themed chocolate shop with an adjacent Maître Chocolatier parlor who gives visitors a fascinating insight into how chocolate is made.
