Sensational dark and dusky chocolate -- how chocolate was meant to be! Rich in a (sort of) coffee/cassis note, and a very subtle spiciness, both long in the palate. A delicate vanilla note is 'high and sweet' but short.
Incredibly satisfying in comparison to milk-choc, and one serve is just right. Fantastic with a good coffee and a good smoke (of fine tobacco).
My rating? Forget five stars, make it ten. :)
