HELLO Crunchy Nougat

Hi. My family and myself have been enjoying chocolates from the Lindt creations for over 25 years now. I must compliment the range of chocolates which have been so fabulously created by the Lindt Maîtres Chocolatiers. In my opinion, indulging oneself with the range of Lindt chocolates should be on the 100 things to do before you die bucket list. I truly mean that. Every time I enjoy Lindt chocolate, I feel like I'm in heaven!!!

However, recently I tasted two of your chocolate bars - the Crunchy Nougat & the Caramel & Brownie from the HELLO range of chocolates which were purchased in Manila. Firstly I found the wordings on the packaging to be quite out of line with the usual classy packaging that one normally associates Lindt chocolates with. Secondly, the taste of the chocolate was definitely not up to the mark. I was disappointed to say the least. Why did I find a difference in the quality of the chocolate? I don't believe Lindt would compromise in the quality of the chocolate depending on the market that would be selling the product would it? Are your range of HELLO chocolates being produced in the Philippines and hence the difference in the quality of the chocolate as compared to European chocolate?

Please don't take this feedback in the wrong way. It's just that the manufacturers of Lindt and Sprungli have dazzled the world with THE finest chocolate in the world and I as a chocoholic and huge consumer of Lindt chocolate was disappointed with the HELLO brand. Hope you take this feedback the right way.
