To produce the new EXCELLENCE COCOA PURE, Lindt & Sprüngli works closely with the Swiss-Ghanese startup KOA. The partner company has set itself the goal of tapping the potential of the cocoa fruit further and using innovative processes to push forward sustainable value creation in the cocoa growing regions over the long term. In close cooperation and communication with over 1,600 small-plot farmers in Ghana, KOA creates synergies on the basis of the traditional harvesting methods providing them with an additional source of income thanks to the use of the cocoa pulp.
EXCELLENCE Cacao Pur
Für die neue, limitierte EXCELLENCE Cacao Pur werden erstmals alle Zutaten aus der natürlichen Cacaofrucht gewonnen - ohne weitere Zutaten, ohne raffinierten Zucker. Um diesen puren Cacaogenuss zu kreieren, wird die intensive Cacaonote aus der Cacaobohne (82%) mit der fein fruchtigen, exotischen Säure aus dem Fruchtfleisch (18%) vereint.
